The Trinidad and Tobago Cultural Association of Delaware (TTCAD) invites graduating high school seniors from Delaware to apply for the 2025 Caribbean-American Scholarship Award.

Eligibility requirements for the Caribbean-American Scholarship include:

• GPA of 3.0 or greater

• Must be able to provide High School Transcript of most recent completed semester (full high school transcript will be accepted upon completion)

• Proof of acceptance into an accredited university/college or vocational trade school for the Fall 2025 semester

• Submit an essay (minimum 500 words) on one of the following topics:

  • Why should you be selected to receive a TTCAD scholarship?

  • How have you contributed to the Caribbean community or how do you plan to do so?

• Submit one letter of recommendation showing character and eligibility

• Attend one or more interviews with TTCAD scholarship committee

• Attend TTCAD award ceremony (dinner/dance) in September 2025

Note: Children of TTCAD executive committee members are not eligible for this scholarship. Applicant must be a resident of Delaware.
